5. Fiscal Responsibility for Duties and Customs

Worldgoodee operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, tariffs, and local taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are independent of our shipping charges and are determined by local government regulations.

6. Protection Against Damage and Logistical Loss
