1. Mandatory Inspection & Discrepancy Reporting
Upon the delivery of your Worldgoodee items (including living furniture, lighting fixtures, and storage units), we require a prompt inspection.
- Should you identify any inherent manufacturing defects, material irregularities, or logistical errors, please notify our support team at support@worldgoodee.com within 48 hours.
- This immediate reporting is essential for us to initiate an expedited resolution, such as a priority replacement or full credit.
2. Prerequisites for Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day statutory return window, commencing from the date of confirmed delivery. To maintain the quality standards of our home collections, returned items must strictly satisfy the following conditions:
- The product must remain in its original, unassembled, and pristine condition.
- All structural tags, designer labels, and brand packaging must be intact.
- The item must be housed in its original protective casing (e.g., specialized furniture crates, lighting padding, or comfort collection bags).
- A valid Order Confirmation or digital receipt must accompany the request.
3. Formal Return Authorization Protocol
To maintain operational integrity, Worldgoodee follows a standardized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:
- Initial Request: All returns must be formally requested via support@worldgoodee.com.
- Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a specific RMA number and designated return facility address.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any parcels dispatched to our facilities without a prior RMA will be rejected and ineligible for reimbursement.
4. Allocation of Logistical Liabilities
- Quality-Related Returns: If the return is necessitated by a product defect or an error on our part, Worldgoodee will assume full liability for the return shipping expenses.
- Elective Returns: For returns based on subjective preferences or a "change of mind," the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Original shipping fees incurred at the point of sale are strictly non-refundable.
5. Exclusionary Categories (Non-Returnable Goods)
Due to safety regulations and the bespoke nature of certain products, the following are exempt from return:
- Customized Merchandise: Any furniture or lighting items tailored or personalized to specific customer requirements.
